From the first sprout and bud development in the spring, to flowering, fruit development and ripening and senescence in the fall, our vineyards are quality managed and maintained to the highest standards.
From the lofty heights of Montebello Mountain the grapes make the journey down to the historic ranch where they are examined, pressed and crushed in the shadow of the original Picchetti homestead house. Under the gaze of the ever watchful and vigilant peacocks, sweet juice is magically turned to wine. The finest French, Hungarian and American oak barrels quietly nurture and coax subtle nuances over time. And when the time is right, Picchetti wine is bottled by hand.
