Elizabeth Spencer

Today, Elizabeth Spencer produces ten to twelve thousand cases annually of an extensive variety of wines that customers say are a delight to discover and a pleasure to enjoy with food and share with friends.
Balanced, elegant, and approachable, Elizabeth Spencer wines are made from grapes grown in Northern California’s finest wine regions. They are vinified in small lots using classical hands-on methods to bring out the greatest purity of flavor.

In 2006, Elizabeth and Spencer opened the doors of the Elizabeth Spencer Tasting Room in Rutherford, Napa Valley, where they welcome guests to a friendly experience and continue the Elizabeth Spencer tradition of pairing the best wines with the best of friends.

Our belief is that wine should be delicious and representative of its appellation of origin.

We make wines to drink — inviting wines that we and our friends (and by extension, our customers) truly enjoy.

The model for all of our wines is intensity without excess weight, purity, persistence and length.
