In addition to providing grapes for some of Northern California’s most discerning wineries, each year we have selected a small portion of our harvest to make wine that was only available in small quantities for our family and friends.
Story

From our estate vineyard located in the heart of Mendocino Appellation, the Seebass family has grown premium Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, Grenache and Zinfandel grapes fo over 25 years.  IN addition to providing grapes for some of Nothern Californias most discerning wineries, each year we have selected a small protion of our harvest to make wine that was only available in small quantities for our family and friends, until now.

Seebass Vineyards estate is located in the Mendocino Appellation, where rugged coastlines, breathtaking beaches, majestic redwood forests and America’s Greenest Wine Region beckon you to a slower pace. The coastal weather tempers the warmer valleys throughout the region and offers an alternative to the fast-pace of other wine counties.

With a long family farming tradition and a love of wine, Brigitte Seebass emigrated from Germany to California in the 1960s. In the late 1980s, she and her family established Seebass Vineyards in the majestic wine-growing region of Mendocino County. The vineyard has given her an outlet to express her lifelong passion for sustainable growing of the highest-quality grapes and the making of fine wines. The tradition continues with her daughter Michelle and husband Scott who now direct the winemaking operations, and the vineyard site. A new generation enjoys the same passion for fine wine, excellent fruit, and enjoying all the opportunities and experiences that come with ranch and vineyard life.
