The system of production of grapes in eastern São Paulo (São Roque, Jundiaí, Louveira, Vineyard, Atibaia, etc.) is still the traditional, is to produce wines, is for the production of table grapes. In this region, the predominant grape production on small farms that use hand labor family. Still exists in this region a considerable number of small wineries producing handcrafted wines. As a novelty, it is recorded some new initiatives towards the production of fine wines.
