Viñas del Cámbrico

Cámbrico is placed in the Natural Park of Batuecas - Sierra de Francia (Salamanca), Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.
They make organic wines from native grape varieties, such as Rufete or Calabrés, coming from our 11 hectares of vineyard. They are planted on terraces between 650 and 930 m height and mostly with ages between 50 and 110 years old. 
The modern winery, semi-buried in the mountain, takes place the wine making process, where no pumps are used and the wine is aged in french oak barrels.
