Waters Crest Winery | WineMaps
Description

Long Island’s North Fork, one of the finest wine growing regions in the world, and most recently the subject of a glowing cover story in Wine Spectator magazine, is home to Waters Crest Winery, a family-run operation owned by Jim and Linda Waters. Waters Crest is one-of-a-kind on the wine-rich East End of Long Island. Jim Waters, home winemaker turned award-winning professional, produces limited edition, high quality, boutique wines that are as delicious as they are unique. The grapes that go into the Waters Crest wines are carefully hand-selected from local growers, and Jim Waters’ expertise in selecting only the highest quality fruit is the inevitable precursor to making the fine wines for which Waters Crest is internationally recognized. Come visit the Waters Crest tasting room, sidle up to our barrel-and-marble bar, and sample the first of many fine wines on the Waters Crest tasting menu. As you gaze through the mirror behind the gorgeously ornate corkscrew that sits just to the side of the stacks of fine glassware, you'll see exactly where the delicious wine you are sampling was made! All of Waters Crest’s wines are made, bottled, and labeled right on site; and visitors are always welcome to a winery tour. Accept an invitation to the limited-membership Waters Crest Wine Club, and you can even sample new vintages straight from the barrel! Please come join us in our cozy tasting room; and enjoy one of the best selections of hand-crafted boutique wines available on the renowned North Fork of Long Island, served to you by ourselves, and our friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable staff.
